The dial
Fifty shades of slate
The "Elephant" earned its name from its remarkable monochrome restraint — a slate-gray Méga Tapisserie dial with tonal subdials and luminous white-gold hour markers. Where its Offshore siblings shout, the Elephant speaks in texture: the waffle pattern shifts from graphite to silver as light moves across the wrist.

The case
Quiet strength in steel
The commanding 42mm stainless steel case carries the Offshore's full architectural vocabulary — brushed planes, polished chamfers, and the octagonal bezel with its eight exposed screws. Rendered in a single-metal, single-tone palette, the geometry itself becomes the statement.

The movement
Caliber 3126/3840
At its heart beats AP's celebrated automatic chronograph — a 50-hour power reserve, crisp chronograph engagement, and hand-finishing to Le Brassus standards. It is the caliber that defined the modern Offshore, and this example performs flawlessly in both timekeeping and chronograph function.

The provenance
Dressed in hornback
Completing the tonal theme is Audemars Piguet's signature gray hornback leather strap with stainless steel AP buckle — rugged texture, refined execution. This example is accompanied by its original AP presentation box and warranty booklet dated October 2015. Inspected, authenticated, and photographed exactly as it will arrive.
