All sales are final.

Due to the high-value nature of our timepieces, we do not accept returns. Each watch is precisely described, photographed in detail, and thoroughly inspected before sale. We encourage you to request additional photos, videos, or a live walkthrough of any piece before purchase - we're happy to provide them. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase.

Our commitment doesn't end at delivery.

After-sales support. Questions about your timepiece, sizing guidance, or care recommendations - we're here to help for the life of your watch.

Service support. Should your watch require servicing, we can advise on trusted service options and assist with coordination.
